Michael's Brain Surgery

Michael chatted with the family to calm his fears.

Waiting was difficult sometimes.

Renae and Allen gave one last try to get Michael's brain pressure down.

It was finally time to leave for the hospital.

Arriving at the hospital Michael was in high spirits.

Dressed for the party he waited for his date.

Family helped him wait the three hours until the surgeon was ready.

The 2 hour surgery went fine. He was very alert within 15 minutes of recovery. They kept him overnight in the Neuro Critical Care Unit. He wanted to eat a big steak dinner after 10 minutes in bed. They gave him macaroni instead.

Now with a rebuilt brain Michael is better than ever.

The Majestic Hotel was really nice to stay at.


They even had their own wildlife museum.

The fence is next to a 500 foot cliff. Sorry but this was as close as I would get. The kids called me names.

On our way home Michael and I found a tree with some very strange fruit.
